REVIEWS
The tutor is very helpful, but the venue is not suitable. The instructions have confused people again and your information regarding meeting up needs urgent review. See social media comments, they will affect attendance negatively unless you address this in a timely manner.

Title or Location: Three little duckies
I was seeking inspiration while painting and found it in the memory of someone I knew who passed away. He loved nature photography and often spoke about how every connection in nature tells a story of harmony, balance, and mutual respect. I chose to paint this photograph of a family of ducks because I believe it reflects those values.

Title or Location: Valdemossa in Mallorca
I painted this using Winsor & Newton watercolour paints on Hahnemuhle 140lb paper. I visited Mallorca in 2005 and fell in love with the hilltop hamlet of Valdemossa. I recently found a postcard I'd bought while there and decided to try and capture the image. The PC was very small (smaller than A6) so it was very difficult to make out where one building ended and its neighbour began. I sketched it out first to be sure of my perspective (the painting is 16cm x 13cm) and worked my way across, contr

My name is Dave JarvisI am quite new to painting.I only took it up when I retired from work just over three years ago. I used to work in heavy industry as an engineer. After retirement I needed something to do with my time, I don?t know why I started painting. I just thought I would have a go. Everything I have done has been self taught, picking up tips here and there but mainly from the internet.I find it very relaxing and the time just flies by. Most of my art work is in watercolour
